Cite Ministerielle in Cotonou, Benin, Africa, is an ongoing project being executed by STEM. This project comprises ten governmental buildings, including a restaurant. STEM has completed all related metalworks, encompassing a top connecting steel bridge linking four buildings. Each beam is approximately 19 meters in length and designed to accommodate decorative cladding. Additionally, STEM has executed motorized sliding gates, stair balustrades, and an extensive external fence spanning over 320 meters along the road, featuring customized irregular profiles, perforated steel doors, and other metal components. Notably, what distinguished this project is that it adheres to DTU standards as specified by the architect and necessitates high-quality steel coating durability, achieved through the use of hot-dip galvanized steel with a premium finish.
