At STEM, every project starts with an initial idea, which our specialized engineering team transforms into a design concept. This concept undergoes further development into detailed fabrication and execution drawings, utilizing advanced software that allows our clients to visualize the final product through 3D models. Once we secure client approval and satisfaction, we scrupulously select materials that meet the required specifications, providing samples and mock-up presentations for confirmation.
After obtaining the necessary approvals, the fabrication process begins at STEM Factories, where our certified and experienced welders and finishing teams adhere to the mandated Architectural Exposed Steel Finishing standards. Subsequently, our QA/QC STEM team ensures product approval, meticulous packaging, and site delivery while considering project conditions and schedules. Our ultimate goal is to achieve complete client satisfaction upon delivering the final product.
